What does for life mean on Starter?
Your first five properties stay on your account. Re-run any of them after every new storm, re-open and re-download the report, forever, at no charge. There is no monthly reset and no card on file.
Does the founder rate go up later?
Not while you stay subscribed. The founder rate is locked for as long as your subscription is active, and every state we add is included at that same rate. New signups after the founder window pay the regular price.
What happens after five properties?
Pay $6.99 per lookup with no subscription, or move to Pro at $29.99 a month for unlimited lookups with storm maps, impact lists, live alerts and door knock included. Properties you have already looked up stay free either way.
Is there an annual plan or a contract?
No. Pro and Team are month to month; cancel any time from the app. There is no annual commitment and nothing to sign.
What is a lookup?
One property address, checked against every storm in the archive for all six perils, with the report. A re-check of a property you already own is not a lookup. On Pro and Team, lookups are unlimited.
Do you sell leads or homeowner data?
No. Door knock gives Pro and Team crews every lot under the storm with what your own crew did at each door, and the roofing CRM carries each job to roof done. We never collect homeowner names, phones or mailing addresses to sell.
