Delete your account in the app

You can delete your BeyondClaim account and its associated data yourself, at any time, directly in the app — no email or support contact required:

·Sign in and open Settings → Delete account

·Type your account email to confirm

·Deletion is immediate — your sign-in, profile, and lookup history are removed, and any active subscription is canceled

Want to keep your reports? Download them from your report history before deleting, or contact support@beyondclaim.ai for a copy of your data first. Nothing can be retrieved after deletion.

If you can no longer sign in

You can also request deletion by email:

·Email support@beyondclaim.ai from the email address on your BeyondClaim account

·Use the subject line “Delete my account”

·We confirm the request, verify you own the account, and complete the deletion within 30 days

What is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

·Your account profile — name, email address, company name, and role

·Your property lookup history — the addresses you searched, the dates, and the weather results tied to your account

·Your subscription and billing association on our side (your customer record)

Deletion is irreversible. Weather evidence tied to your account cannot be recovered once deleted.

What is kept, and for how long

The underlying meteorological data (NEXRAD radar sweeps, NWS storm reports, USGS gauge readings, NHC track data) is not personal information — it describes the weather, not you — and is retained indefinitely so the service can continue to answer lookups for all users.

We may retain a minimal billing/transaction record where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations), for the period the law requires. This record does not include your lookup history.
